Can you provide parts for my old equipment?

We aim to ensure that we provide the best after-sales service possible. This includes providing support and keeping spares for our equipment long after products are discontinued or superseded by manufacturers. See our Spare Parts category.


Do you provide servicing?  

Yes we do - we offer onsite and offsite servicing. Please see our service and repair page.


Does my product come with a warranty?

All of our products come with a warranty. If you would like to know the warranty period of a specific product, please contact us and we’ll be happy to advise.


I need help setting up my Texa equipment. Is aftersales care available?

Yes. Our technicians at ProBike are able to assist with any queries you may have. Alternatively, you have the option to purchase a TEXINFO subscription to have direct Texa technical support.


Can you provide technical help?

Please contact us and we will explain anything you are unsure about.


Do you have a manual for my piece of equipment?

If you have lost the manual for any of our products, do not worry – we should be able to provide you with a copy. Please contact us for more details.


Do you sell second hand equipment?

No - all of our equipment is new and unused. If you are looking for second-hand equipment due to price concerns, please contact us as we may be able to find you lower cost alternatives, or offer payment terms to help you spread the cost. 


Do you sell Fuchs Dynos?

Unfortunately the Fuchs company ceased trading some years ago. However, we do supply software upgrades for Fuchs Dynos, which can be found in our Dynamometer category, along with the modern Marolotest Dyno that we supply which uses the same software. Hardware for the Fuchs Dyno can be found in our Spare Parts category.


Do you sell the Souriau Indiana?

The Souriau Indiana is no longer in production and no stock or spare parts are now available. We suggest you try the VacuumMate instead, found in our Carburation category.


Do you sell Autodata books?

Unfortunately the AutoData book is no longer in print and information is now only available by subscription. This can be purchased via their website.
