Quick-fit Demount Head Set for M500
Quick-Change Demount Head Kit comes with QC Plastic Head.
This is a useful kit to add to a tyre changer that is being used for differing wheel types and sizes. It allows the fitting head to be aligned on a quickly detachable mounting hub, which in turn can be quickly removed from the tyre changer and another one fitted as required. This saves the time it would take to swap a demount head and align it every time it was changed. With a QC demount head, one can use for example a slim metal head to remove a tyre and a plastic one to refit it, thus optimising the best features of each head.
Additional mounts are available if you need more than 2 interchangeable heads (e.g. for small diameter rims).
This is not for use with our M300C / M350 tyre changers which feature a QC head as standard, but will work with most others.
