  • Tyre & Rim Optimization (OPT): The ER22 includes a sophisticated OPT function to reduce the total amount of weight required on a wheel. By identifying the heavy spot of the tyre and the heavy spot of the rim independently, the software instructs the technician on how to "match-mount" the tyre to the rim. This cancels out inherent imbalances, resulting in a smoother ride, reduced vibration, and a much cleaner, professional finish with minimal weights.
